patients on home health must have a home bound status. 

When you or your loved one is facing a life limiting illness with a life expectancy of six months or less, (if the disease were to follow its natural course.) Patients who are no longer seeking invasive treatment, determined by a physician.  Hospice is the highest level of care outside of a hospital setting.  We are here to provide that level of care, to patients wherever they call home. Our trained staff is guided by years of experience in comfort measures, and physician oversight.  When comfort care is mentioned to you by your physician, we are here for you.

Hospice patients do not have to have a home bound status.
